5B Vino Valet Delivery Policy

• It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to purchase alcohol.

• All transactions, when alcohol is sold, must be pre‐paid and take place on the licensed premise and be conducted by an employee of the licensee over the age of nineteen (19) years. (See I.C. 23‐943)

• The delivery person must be over the age of nineteen (19) years. (See I.C. 23‐1013)

• All transactions must be paid for by credit/debit card.

• No money may exchange between the delivery person and the customer upon delivery. This includes tips, surcharges, gratuities, service charges and the like.

• Upon delivery, the deliverer must verify that the person is over twenty‐one (21) years of age.

• Verification must be completed through approved means as stated in Idaho Code 23‐1013.

• Only beer and wine may be delivered. No liquor may be sold or delivered.
